Blog 46: Wellllllllll..... the inner and outer is really contrasting this week huh?! DOUBLE DOWN

Wowsa. What a week (that felt like a month) in the life and times of 2020. Did not see this one coming, did you?!!!! ( me either).

It is a great time to pay attention to your STATE. Are you feeling what’s happening internally in you? Fear. Gratitude for the small things. A sense of letting go. Lots of things. ALL THE THINGS? me. too.

Some states feel good, some feel new, some fearful. Do you also see the thoughts that were pulling a lot of energy from you a month ago that seem insignificant now? Interesting isn’t it. In the midst of it all…what’s the actual truth?

The beauty is that the truth is up to YOU to decide. Your TRUTH. What state can you find in this? What state can you let dominate your being right now? Is it the one you would choose? Because there is choice in it.

This is NOT the time to give up on the progress you have made, in health, in awareness, in working on your inner world (meditation, breathing, peace, choosing love over fear, setting your own tone for the day). THIS IS THE TIME TO DOUBLE DOWN on all of that. This is the time to listen to yourself first.

Before the external voices got so loud (and there is A LOT of them from the overpowering media, social, memes and even the people you love and love you (and them sharing their own processing). IT is more important to listen within FIRST.

I will say that again. THIS IS THE TIME TO DOUBLE DOWN on paying attention to the internal compass within.

Feel small gratitudes (and also remember these times will pass, and how to hold on to feeling these small gratitudes. I hadn’t given much thought to TP since my first visit to Haiti almost 10 years ago. Perspective is everything).

Lately when I am snuggling Jack to bed at night or first thing in the am. I feel the most peace. The most truth. LOVE. Gratitude. Peace. Grounding. What I want to tune into. This is life giving and truth giving to me. I trust this feeling more than anything broadcast over the different frequencies out there.

When life is chaotic all the more reason you CONTROL you. DO the yoga. Practice your self-care. Take care of your health and fuel your bodies (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). DOUBLE DOWN!
